If we don’t lease your home in 30 days or less, we’ll waive your first month’s management fee.
We aggressively market and show your property, screen tenants, handle paperwork, and complete a move-in inspection—all before we get paid anything.
If a tenant does not fulfill at least 10 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.
